Halloween!

It's Halloween and if there were ever a time for Cinemawreck to "wise fwom it's gwave", it would be today. Having just ran off to Italy to get hitched and coming back to the wonderful world of advertising and Mr. Moore working on his own projects, we've been neglecting our little child known as Cinema Tiberius Wreck. I thought I'd make a post about what me and the Mrs. have been watching this week as we enjoy the Halloween season.

Last night we watched an episode of the 1961 television series "Thriller" hosted by Boris Karloff. This episode entitled "The Grim Reaper" was compliments of Cosmic Hex. Starring William Shatner, Elizabeth Allen, Robert Cornthwaite and Henry Daniell. Shatner's character travels to his rich old Aunt's house to warn her of a cursed painting she just acquired of the Grim Reaper, who's scythe bleeds just before the owner is to die a violent and horrible death. Awesome fun, in the same vein as classic Twilight Zone.

This weekend we will be watching Lucio Fulci's "Zombie". I am anxious for Mrs. Feathermore to experience the wood splinters into the eye. Pepper that with a healthy dose of paranormal television [Ghost Hunters, Ghost Adventures, Psychic Kids], a dash of Halloween candy and plenty of alcohol and things are good.

Short post? Yes. But to make it up to you...
